Then add in your milk, bananas, and vanilla. Mix them until combined and the bananas are all mashed up.
In a separate medium sized bowl, add your flour. Then add in your salt, baking soda, and cinnamon, and mix all the dry ingredients together with a fork. Then add the dry ingredients into the banana mixture slowly, mixing together with a spoon or spatula until just combined.
Don't over mix, or your bread will be tough. It should look like rustic and lumpy. Grease your loaf pan with non-stick spray or butter, and pour in your batter.
