For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, the first day of spring this year is Saturday, March 20th. Here in the Midwest we are already seeing hints of the season with warmer days, melting snow, chirping birds and baby lambs running in the fields. We are so ready for the new season and are excited to share this brand new set of spring dot coloring pages with you. Use these worksheets in the classroom or at home. (They will make a perfect activity for toddlers and preschoolers over spring break when you’re all needing some down time.)
New to dot markers and don’t already have a set? Dot or dauber style markers are easy to find at your local bookstore, craft store or superstore. Or here is a reasonably priced set of 12 washable dot markers from Amazon. There are many fun names for these cool markers: do a dot, dab a dot, stamp markers, bingo daubers, dot markers…and so many fun color choices too! Dot markers are so fun to use and kids love creating their own pictures with them too!
