Soon after Halloween, a visually beautiful holiday is right around the corner! The Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) honors and celebrates family members who are no longer with us. One of the traditional ways to decorate for this holiday is by making and hanging papel picado banners made from tissue paper.
