Hello! Today I’m going to show you how to make this cute Fall Kitchen Decor Craft. It makes a great gift, and can easily be changed to fit the season depending on the colors and decorations you choose. Here’s what you’ll need!
Fall Kitchen Decor Craft
Supplies:
- MDF bread board
- Wooden maple leaf shape
- Glitter paper
- Decorative paper
- Washi tape
- Ribbon
- Adhesive roller
- Scissors
- Craft knife
- Cutting mat
Start by rolling adhesive all along the edges and in the center of the bread board. Take your glitter paper, flip it glitter side down, and place the glued side of the bread board down on it. Flip the whole thing back over, and smooth down the glitter paper, making sure it’s fully adhered.

Flip it over again, on top of a cutting mat. Take your craft knife and cut all around the edge of the bread board. Take your time and make sure all the edges look clean and neat. Next, you’re going to do the same thing with your wood maple leaf cutout and your decorative paper.
Glue your maple leaf down to the back of the paper, and cut it out. Remember to be careful using a craft knife, especially around the tiny curves. Next, place more adhesive on the back of your maple leaf.
And press it down in the center of your bread board. Now take your washi tape and start wrapping it around the edge. You want it to be flush on the front side, and it may wrap over on the back. If it does, wrap it down neatly. When you come to corners or curves, press down both straight sides first.
Then use your scissors to make little cuts in the tape, and fold the cuts down. This creates a smooth curve. Wrap the tape all around the edges of your bread board.

When the edges are covered, cut some coordinating ribbon to any length you’d like, and tie it around the top of your board.
