For many years, one of our favorite summer family activities has been to go berry picking. My kids will eat berries like candy, so it’s both fun and economical to get them picking their own berries every year. We are fortunate where we live to be surrounded by a ton of amazing berry farms on the outskirts of Chicago. So we’ve put together this fun set of berry picking activity pages. If you are planning a berry picking trip to a farm, these activities can help build anticipation or make the trip a little more educational. These would also be GREAT if you are planning a berry farm field trip with your summer day camp or summer school class. Most of these pages are super simple and easy for preschool age children. The word search, maze and printable matching game are for older children up to age 9 or so. By the way, you can print multiple sets of the matching game to make it a little more challenging if you want.
