Black Cat Halloween Crafts for Kids

This coming up weekend I’m throwing a Halloween birthday party for my daughter. She’s going to be Tinkerbell, so it’s kind of a ‘fairy Halloween’ theme. Since I’m a cat-a-holic, I decided to pull together my favorite cat Halloween craft ideas! I am totally going to make that paper mache black cat candy bowl from Martha Stewart, and those brown paper cat shaped treat bags look too easy to pass up!

Edited to add: That black paper mache cat candy bowl was a massive hit at the party, but it took quite a while to make. The good news is that if you throw on enough layers of paper, it will be quite sturdy when finished, and will last for many more Halloweens if you take care of it well. We passed out the cat masks as favors, too. And those paper cat treat bags?! Fastest project on this page, and they made such an incredible presentation, we got many compliments on it!
